All customer data is stored on BNG’s PCI DSS compliant payment gateway servers instead of your Tigerpaw database, removing the risk of a data breach. BNG’s Customer Vault feature uses proprietary encryption and tokenization technology so that all sensitive card data is stored securely and does not touch your network.

What is the Customer Vault?

The Customer Vault allows Tigerpaw to automatically transmit payment information for remote storage in BNG’s Level 1 PCI certified data facility. Once the customer record has been securely transmitted to the Customer Vault, Tigerpaw initiates transactions remotely without having to access credit card or electronic check information directly. This process is accomplished without you storing the customer’s payment information on your local network or Tigerpaw database.
