The Tigerpaw payment integration is now using BNG’s Customer Vault feature that securely stores your clients sensitive credit card and ACH data on BNG’s PCI DSS compliant payment gateway servers instead of your Tigerpaw database. BNG’s Customer Vault feature uses proprietary encryption and tokenization technology so that all sensitive card data is stored securely and does not touch your network.

What is the Customer Vault?

The Customer Vault allows Tigerpaw to automatically transmit payment information for remote storage in BNG’s Level 1 PCI certified data facility. Once the customer record has been securely transmitted to the Customer Vault, Tigerpaw can then initiate transactions remotely without having to access credit card or electronic check information directly. This process is accomplished without you storing the customer’s payment information on your local network or Tigerpaw database.

  2. We will send you the merchant application via email and set up a 15 minute block of time to walk you through the paperwork.
  3. Once your application is completed and sent to us, your account is typically approved in 24-48 hours.
  4. Once approved, we will send you your username and a link to set your password for the BNG Payment Gateway. These credentials will be used to sync the gateway to your Tigerpaw payments portal.
